Dedicated Server enabled and Oculus connected hangs the editor when PIE

When playing is PIE with Dedicated Server enabled, using VR Preview or Selected Viewport, but with a Oculus Rift Headset connected to the computer, the editor hangs for about 30s. This happens only for the first player. If I launch more than one player, the other ones run fine. And this happens only the first time I launch the game without exiting the editor.

I tried to disable Start In VR project settings but this had no effect.
I tried to exit Oculus Home application but this had no effect (it is re-opened but Unreal even if the HMD is not supposed to be used).
I tried to unplug the Oculus from my computer and the problem disappears.

This is probably related to UE-53419 issue.
