Any idea how to create this?
The ramp tool would be ideal but is limited to 8K units

I don’t know if I get your real problem, but:

Try the spline tool on landscape mode, may solve your issue.

Talking about that, since the landscape have a height limit, you can make use of static mesh (+ nanite).
