Are you logged into your Github account, and is your Github account connected to your Epic Games account?
sorry about that. i found Linux Quick Start | Unreal Engine Documentation after making the topic but couldn’t delete it since my account is new and it was pending approval by mods.
some feedback from me a 0day (not yet even a) game dev is from a big landing page like Unreal Engine 5 - Unreal Engine it’s poor ux to noobs to just get dumped into a 404. imho it’d be better ux to link first to a short explanation that you have to link your github account and then link to the ue5 version of Linux Quick Start | Unreal Engine Documentation or something. thx
