In 4.8 there was an experimental plugin that was essentially a wizard for creating all the stub code and what not for various plugins. That thing was amazing and saved us a lot of hassle.
Where did it go? In 4.9 I can’t find it anywhere.
Ok foot in mouth. Reading release notes is good.
In my defense the old experimental one was in the menu not some tiny easy to miss button on the plugin browser
