View mode (lit/unlit) button behaves oddly with the Windows taskbar pinned at the top instead of the bottom. Only seems to be with the view mode and not the show, perspective, etc buttons. Clicking it does not open the flyout menu as it usually does, but rather does nothing at all. It works fine when I either move the taskbar to another monitor or move the editor itself to another monitor.
I’m on Windows 8.1 64bit Pro if that makes a difference.
Ah, odd. It may very well be something on my end. However, none of the previous versions going back to 4.6(.X) did it. I’ve noticed that a lot of other software/games/etc occasionally don’t play well with top mounted task bars.
Anyway, I just figured I’d submit a bug report just in case it was an actual issue so that hopefully it didn’t make its way into the full 4.9 release.
Thanks for the reply!
Hi Brandonsmule -
I am not seeing the same behavior.
I would run a check on your video card driver and make sure that it is up to date and check to see if your are running any desktop theme related software which might be adjusting Window’s settings.
Thank You
