[4.8 P1] Topdown Template problems

If create new template of BP Topdown add a empty folder of UE4_Mannequin.
And if you add the template as a ContentPack to the project add in the browser a new developer Kevin Lanning with sub folder UE4_Mannequin and content.

Good catch! I’ve let the content team know that slipped in on accident. I entered a bug report (UE-15092), but they are going to fix it shortly.
