If you edit in the TPS Template the capsule sizes and save and then press play in the editor, not work becase give a message of “Can’t play in editor when performing edit capsule half height operation”.
This after use the drag with the mouse in the numeric box of the height & save and compile the bp without close.
This looks like is the same problem with the numeric boxes of all BP Details Tab [4.8 P1] Numeric boxes not work as expected with mouse - Programming & Scripting - Unreal Engine Forums
