So I’ve worked with 4.8 a few times without any problems. As of today, 4.8 keeps crashing on startup when the project is about 91% loaded. Is there anyone else experiencing the same and what could be done to resolve this issue?
I’ve loaded a demo project into 4.8 but it seems that only my project seems to be the issue.
I made a clone of my project in the Unreal Launcher, gave it another project name and loaded that into 4.8 and I got it running. However I’m not sure what caused the issue so I’m guessing that it could be an engine issue?

It is possible. We are in the process of pinning down several conversion issues in 4.8. If you run across this issue again, please post back here to let me know.
In the meantime we will continue investigating other conversion/corruption issues.
