I select a skeletalmesh then create a new skeletal group first,but I cannot create an animation track,it never shows when I click the create animation track .Thanks!

I’m thinking that the skeletalmesh actor was not assigned to the group on accident. If this doesn’t help, let me know and send along a screenshot of your matinee window.
There are a few indicators to tell you if an actor is assigned. One is the color of the group (gray means there are no actors assigned) and the other is if there is a camera icon next to the group name(no camera means no actors).
You can only create an animation track in a group with a skeletal mesh actor assigned.
If you’d like to assign an actor to an existing group, select the actor in the level, then right click on the group in matinee and choose Actors>Add Selected Actors. Now try adding an Animation track.

Thanks for the reply.But I have done that and I am sure I click on the skeletalmesh and select add selected actors,but the animation track indeed neven shows when I click on Add new animation track.The issue neven shows in 4.6.Maybe it’s a BUG in 4.7.4.
Is that a blueprint and not just a skeletal mesh? I notice it has a collision capsule. To use a skeletal mesh in matinee, it must be just a Skeletal Mesh actor and not a component in a blueprint.
