As of this morning, one of my projects began experiencing texture errors on every level. All of the levels in the project experience the error, including the default Shooter Game maps. The problem does not occur on any of my other projects.
The texture “tearing” scrolls left and right as the camera moves relative to the surface before disappearing when one approaches close enough. This has never happened before today.
In the level pictured in the OP, it is one material that shows the error. However, the materials in the Shooter Game level Highrise also have the texture glitch (in this project only).
I also modified the value of the camera near clipping plane before the error occurred, but reverting to the default value of 10 does not fix the texture bug.
