Hello, Im trying to do a ps2 styled game and i made a noise texture material cause i wanted it always be random but i couldnt figure out how to pixelate it
And these were the ones i tried but the still wouldnt work and i was wondering if there it was even doable in 4.27 so im hoping that any of you can help

Get unreal 5.5, then get UI materials example. And it has examples to pixelate materials.
Just open both unreal 5.5 and 4.27, and recreate that pixelate material.
