(4.27) Camera Shake Wave Oscillator not reaching its full amplitude

Basically, im trying to make a fps game like “HOLE” and im trying to make the camera, bob down to make it feel like your character is walking but all the tutorials that ive seen use the oscillator for camera shakes but when it try to copy them, the camera doesnt fully move to its full amplitude. As in sometimes it looks up a little, then down by alot, then up by alot, then down by little. Basically what the title says.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?
