4.26 - Get/Set Selected Level Actors and other functions disappeared?

In 4.26 the following functions (as well as many other from Editor Level Library) disappeared. And I cannot find any analogs. Сould this be a bug and the functions will appear in the next patch, or was it done on purpose?

Solved. Editor Scripting Utilities plugin is disabled by default. It enable it, these functions appears.
