[4.25] Mesh Paint mesh-selection visualization when in Game View Mode is broken

When using Mesh Painting in Game View Mode (G), the orange selection outlines flicker uncontrollably, other meshes get highlighted, and the meshes I had highlighted unhighlight. The selection doesn’t change though it appears. My brush appears to paint on the backfaces of meshes behind the one I’m painting on, too, given they’re all selected and “Ignore Backfacing” is unchecked.
