4.23 Release version Error in Tutorial provided by Epic

After converting my project over to 4.23 release I did a validate on the assets and got this error in the Unreal provided Tutorial.

Default__IWBE_Blutility_C is not valid. See the MapCheck log messages for details.
/Engine/Tutorial/InWorldBlueprintEditing/TutorialAssets/IWBE_Blutility contains invalid data.

Same here. There’s no BP reason for this BP to error. But it does. How is this possible… that an Unreal build ships with corrupted BPs?
