4.23.1 not launching?

Hey, so I’m trying to launch up 4.23.1 but the unreal project just doesn’t come up? I don’t understand why. Any help on this?

Hi there, it’s your project who does not open or the engine itself? You can show us an image of what’s happening?

I press launch on the launcher and even when I press the projects, the editior just doesnt load.

I see, you already tried to unstall and reinstall? It can be an corrupted file or something like that. If yes, you already tried to disable your antivirus and try open it? Maybe it can be blocking the program.
