4.20 Collision Use Complex as Simple Issue

Since moving from 4.19 to 4.20 I have noticed a change with the default collision settings in UE4. In 4.19, if you changed a meshes settings for collisions to Use Complex as Simple, it would update and be fine. Now in 4.20 if you do the same thing, any mesh you change the settings on has its lighting broken and needs to be rebuilt.

Is this intended? Why the change?
