You could use the GPU Visualizer to get a breakdown of what takes how much time.
I did that a few times, but theres nothing extraordinary. Basepass, Lighting etc. generally just everything is a little slower.
Does it happen in packaged builds, too? Maybe Epic changed some default settings. The way I would check that is by creating an empty project in an older version, initializing its folder as a git repository, then updating it to a new engine version and checking if any differences were made to the config files. After switching engine versions, you’d have to open the project once and go through the project settings so the .ini files get updated.
