[4.17] Packaging fails after moving project folder

Today I moved one of my project folders from one harddrive to another, since I was told this would be doable without complication, but even after moving the project back to its original place, the packaging for win 64-bit always fails. Other (similar) projects get packaged without any issues.

The error:

UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): UnrealBuildTool: LINK : fatal error LNK1181: input file “wininet.lib” cant be opened.

UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): UnrealBuildTool: ERROR: UBT ERROR: Failed to produce item: E:\OnlineGame\SteamGame 4.17\Binaries\Win64\SteamGame.exe
