What you are looking for is the Translucent Sort Priority which is a per mesh/object setting. What this setting does is it allows translucent materials to be sorted front to back or near to far from the camera. This allows for objects to be rendered on top or behind one another based on its priority.
By default, all of your objects will have a 0 priority, which means objects closer to the camera with a translucent material will render in front of objects behind or further away. Below is an example of how you can modify this setting to get an object to render in front of another object by using a higher sort priority.
Translucent Sort Priority - 0
Translucent Sort Priority - 1
