After looking through the logs provided, it looks as though this is the cause to your build error: MainFrameActions: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): Program.Main: ERROR: AutomationTool terminated with exception: System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added.

Can you try to delete your Intermediate, Config and Saved folders from your project and attempt to package again? If that does not work, try to package on a newly created template from 4.11, try both blueprint and code projects. Please upload your error output logs as a .txt file with your next reply.
