4.11 character camera's height no working

Hi, all
4.11 character camera’s height no working.No matter how high I set the camera,like this:

or like this:

But the result is the same,the camera is on the floor like this:

Some people know why?

In the character blueprint try the Base Eye Height setting under Camera.

UPDATE: Hmm I see you’re in the Camera section and it doesn’t appear…

Any Epic staff reading this, can we get Jira for UE4 bugs. I’d be fun to go through and cherry pick bug fixes to do.

my friend has a Vive and this works fine

I think the 4.11 version specific for Vive as defualt

so base eye height is not working any more because Vive can set the eye height by itself

there should be other way for Oculus developers to work around

Having this exact same problem with a Galaxy S6 Edge in the Gear VR.

All height changes in the preview respond to the editor, but I am stuck at crotch height when viewing it in the Gear VR.

Does a solution exist yet?

Hi, I follewed your solution but the camera in my VR program still looks like on the floor. Could you give some more details? How about your capsule setting? the Eye height? The height of Scene component and the Camera Component?I have followed the official documents, but It dosnt work:( Thanks alot!

here is your answer just disable this (lock to HMD) in the camera detail in player BP and then redo the numbers based on the height desired (Camera Base eye height)
