hello i download by luncher 4.11.1 enable sequncer but cinematic mod is missing

There are more features coming in 4.12. Not all features shown in the videos and demonstrations recently are in 4.11.

You can if you’re comfortable compiling source builds. The master branch on GitHub is 4.12.
