[4.10P3] Detour Crowds Broken

After upgrading a 4.9 project using detour crowds to 4.10P3, pawns using detour crowd no longer appear to be using any form of avoidance. If something needs to be altered to make this work, please let me know. Otherwise, please fix this, this is a showstopper for my project.

I have created a simple whiteroom test case. This is a 4.9 project, upgrade this to 4.10P3, and run simulate. You should see two mannequin characters take no actions to avoid whatsoever.

It seems like every engine release you guys break core engine features, this is extraordinarily frustrating. Something is wrong with QA process at Epic.

4.10 is currently in a Preview status. I would encourage you not to do any active development in a Preview build. We appreciate bugs you report to us as it helps us fix things, if there’s enough time, before official build is released.
