4.10 vs 4.11

If your making a game that uses animations and custom events I feel like there is no winning. In 4.10 there is a memory leak when playing around with Animation BPs / Animation sequences (not sure which but I know its fixed in 4.11). On average it takes about 30 minutes to an hour then you have to save and reload the project. It does however have the ability to make new Custom Events. In 4.11 there are crashes when trying to do new custom events but the memory leak is fixed. I know I can work on other stuff while the bugs are in the process of being fixed but still the other stuff won’t take that long. Using animations to call custom events are the core mechanics of the project I’m working on. The memory leak in 4.10 makes trying to fix game-play INSANELY slow. So I am wondering what other people are doing to deal with the bugs, like are you using an even older version or picking which problem is more manageable?

Well 4.11 isn’t actually released yet, it’s only in Preview

Ya its Preview atm but i’m mainly wondering what other people are doing currently with the status as is.

Preview is just meant to preview the build and report bugs. You shouldnt be developing anything on the previews.
