3rd person tiderope walking (Sly Cooper)

Everyone knows the classic “jump and hit the circle button” tiderope walking from Sly Cooper. Now im a complete newbie on this blueprint stuff so can anyone tell me (and send me a picture of the blueprint) on how to do that. Would appreciate greatly.

I think the easiest way to achieve this is when you create an actor for the ropes. with a mesh where the character can walk on. And a (capsule) collision which is basically your area, in which the user sees the button to press, to walk on the rope. (So the overlapping collision needs to be bigger)
The collision has an “On Component Begin Overlap” Event which you can use to trigger the displaying of the button.
(On end overlap you collapse / hide the button or when you already interacting with the rope)

also, it helps when you have a reference video YouTube video with a timestamp.

Yea i dont understand anything you just said and i cant find any videos on this subject…
