3dsmax export ploblem

I downloaded the latest version of TwinMotion and got the latest plug-in to export from 3DSMAX, but I check the 3dsmax2024 version and export from 3dsmax after installing the plug-in, but UDatasmith does not exist in the export list

datasmith is not available in the file formats, but as an exporter,in the tab you see on the uper part of the viewport
