How I built this animation in 3DS Max was animating materials with a gradient map for transparency for the sweeping effect. I used the visibility track to make other items appear or disappear.
My Goal is to export this animation from 3DS Max and import it into the Unreal Engine while maintaining the visibility properties. I want to be able to fly through the animation as it plays. Ideally I would like to control the animation speed and or ability to pause.
I am relatively new to each of these programs (what I taught myself through Architecture School).
