3DS Max .bip animation -> DefaultCharacter

Hello!! I have seen tutorials about how to do this through CAT but it seems like that is a cumbersome process and lacks the ability to do it in batch. Does anyone know of an easy way to batch convert .bip animation files on to the unreal default skeleton in batch?

the only way i can think of atm is to use the animation re-targeting system in UE4 Animation Retargeting (Different Skeletons) | Unreal Engine Documentation
