3ds max 21 does not open after installing datasmith

3ds max 21 does not opening after installing datasmith for UE 5.3 without any warning message. When I remove Datasmith from the computer, 3ds Max opens. I tried to remove 3ds Max and UE and reinstalled but anything changed.

We are aware if it and we recommend you use exporter version 5.2 for now (and as long as you do not use Max 2024).

Datasmith exporter 5.3 causes crash 3DSMax 2024

The current status is: we are aware of the issue: crash of many Max versions once datasmith exporter 5.3 installed. for some people/on some installation, it will not crash: this is why our testers did not notice the crash. our first go at fixing it was incomplete and we need more time to work on it. I installed Max 2024 and tried the @deaconfrost47 's method. It worked and Max not crash anymore. I can export with Datasmith now. Thank you so much for your help.
