3D UMG in a 2D Space

Hello everyone, I have been wondering how I could use a 3D Widget in a 2D space. I would just place the UMG on an actor to make it 3D, but this UMG is going to be for an inventory which needs to be in front of the screen and it’s contents at all times, so is there any way to render some sort of 3D widget onto the viewport or HUD?

Edit: An example I have in mind is the inventory from Dying Light or Crysis 3, as the cursor moves left & right, the UMG turns.
