3D Text visible in Viewport/Sequencer but static or invisible in 4K MRQ Render (UE 5.6)

I am experiencing two critical issues during a 4K .exr/MP4 render using Movie Render Queue on a 12GB RAM system. Everything looks perfect in the Editor and Sequencer, but the final render fails:

  1. Motion Design 3D Text: I have manually keyframed individual Static Mesh components (letters) to fly from XYZ start positions to a landing spot. In the render, the letters remain static on the ground (their final position) from Frame 0

Hardware/Software:

  • Engine: Unreal Engine 5.6

  • GPU/RAM: 12GB RAM

  • Output: 4K resolution (tested both .exr and MP4)

What I have already tried

  • 3D Text: Set Detail Mode to Epic, verified ‘Static’ render method, and changed ‘When Finished’ to Keep State.

  • MRQ Settings: * TSR/TAA enabled.

    • Samples: Tested both (Spatial 1, Temporal 8) and (Spatial 8, Temporal 1).

    • Console Variables added: r.Streaming.PoolSize 4000, r.MotionDesign.Text3D.Enable 1, r.MotionDesign.Cloner.Enable 1.

  • Sequencer: Verified tracks start at Frame 0, tried Preroll frames, and tested Custom Start Frames at -10.
