Each of the ivys has a material instance which has the master
M_MS_Foliage_Material
You need to copy that master material and tweak it.

1: Red channel of the albedo
2: RGB of the albedo
3: Also RGB of the albedo
4: Goes to the base color output pin
Then make a material instance of it and set the albedo and normal parameters to the same as the original ivy mesh. This bit

That will be different for each mesh.
Then, you can set the ‘correction’ parameter to 1 to dim the whiteness. And the ‘color overlay’ ( default MS param ) to a green-yellow.
