3d objects have white glitter on them

Hi, I’m completely new with UE and this is probably and idiotic question, but I couldn’t find an answer to it. Whenever I bring in external 3d objects to my project they have these white glittering spots. I’ve used obj and fbx files. Objects seem to be working well otherwise.

I tested it in an empty level. I brought in an object, added nothing but directional light and I changed all object’s element’s materials into matte black just in case, but still there are these white parts. When I render out a picture of such object, these white parts burn the whole picture, even though it doesn’t look that way in the viewport.

I would add a screenshot, but I can’t see an attachment button here.

Or you can copy / paste directly.

Could it be Lumen acting up? Hard to tell without seeing it.

Didn’t have these text options when I wrote the original post for some reason. :man_shrugging:
But here’s a picture of the test project. The white stuff is most visible on the tires, but there’s some on the mirror or handle for example.

Ps. I haven’t had any problems with assets I’ve downloaded from Quixel.
