Hello,
I recently completed migrating my models from Sketchfab to Fab, and the process went smoothly. However, after uploading new models directly to Fab, I noticed an issue: there is no 3D view available on the product pages, only an image gallery. I haven’t done anything differently from my usual process—in fact, within the editor, I can access and modify 3D settings, but the final product page doesn’t display a 3D view at all. Could someone clarify why this might be happening?
Additionally, as my models are retro-styled, I would prefer the textures to appear pixelated. However, it seems that Fab doesn’t support this. I’ve attempted to change the texture display from “smooth” to “closest” in the 3D editor, saved the changes, but every time I refresh the editor or the page, the textures revert to smooth.
Lastly, I’d like to share my general disappointment with the overall experience on Fab so far. The platform seems riddled with bugs, support has been unresponsive (I’ve been waiting for weeks for assistance with activating Hyperwallet), and key features like model comments—an essential part of Sketchfab—are missing. The UI is also difficult to navigate, making the platform experience frustrating overall.

Thank you in advance to anyone who can assist with these issues.
