All 3D modelers are rare now… Everybody goes for coding 
Well as far as free ones go, yea they are rare. But if you are willing to pay them a fair wage then things change a lot
I’m willing to pay them a Royalty LOL. But, even in the Looking for Work section, very few Creature Animators exist.
