In order to be able to present the horror short film project “Switch” to the film commission in Belgium, we need to present elements to convice the jury, a good script of course but also good visual effects exemples. We would like to prepare the job to show that we have already good contact and a clear view on what il could be done. A monster has to be animated in 3 sequences. I have seen a model that could be the baseline for the monster. The job is FREE but will be PAID when the project will be accepted. Budget for visual effects is 2-3K. The script is in english or french, I can send the script and storyboard for the monster behavior and the work could be done remotly for the development based on pictures for the background and later, when the budget is accepted, hired by a company in Belgium eligible Taxshelter and done on the film footage in 4K.
