2D scene capture flicker in packaged game

In the editor everything works fine but in the packaged game the screen constantly flickers. I’ve found the only way to stop (and start) the flickering is to change the visibility of the 2d scene capture component.

Thanks for taking the time to report this issue. Fortunately this bug was caught and reported in 4.11.2 and has been fixed within the 4.13.1 engine release.
