Emitter with Line Attractor does not orient when particle is rotated in a scene

Hi I am using a Line attractor to have particles swirl/rotate around. The effect is displayed correctly in the particle editor.
But when I add the particle system and rotate it, the effect is lost. It seems like the point attractors don’t get rotated.
And also setting the particle to “local space” makes it not work at all inside a scene. Can you help?

This sounds related to a known and reported issue, UE-20242, which deals with Line Attractor strength varying between cascade editor and the viewport.

Just to be sure, can you provide me with some simple steps to reproduce this issue on my end, as well as some screenshots so I can visualize what you are reporting?
