Hi,
Import 360 8k Video Unreal engine 5.3 Lag Play Happend after I enable Electra Player Plugin No video Track Avalible Show Screen but Audio Play, I Switch RHI to DirectX 11 and 12 both formats.
4k Video Same File Without Electra Player Play Well Any One To Give Solution

Video Format : Mp4
Video Codec : H 246
System Configuration: RTX 3060

We just saw this post, and not sure if you are still looking for 360 8K video playback in Unreal Engine 5.3.
HISPlayer video player SDK allows you to stream high resolution videos across multiple platforms. I guess you need it on Windows? Let me know if you need a help here!

Try H265. I believe H264 has a limit.

I have the same issue with UE5.4.3. Btw my collegue don’t have this, so I think it’s smth connected with hardware or drivers

And as @comlys said, you should use h265 for videos >4k

Anyway, this don’t work for me on PC, but I was able to run video on VR headset with h265
