4.12 P2 Skeletal Meshes can't be moved from origin

Basically, whenever I create a skeletal mesh (in either blueprint editor or level editor), it drops straight to the origin, and won’t move from there.

I’ve only just installed 4.12, the only change I’ve made is enabled the VR editor button, however it does this without this option selected.
