[] Viewing shader complexity in VR causes crash

I downloaded and ran the UE4 build from source code.

build configuration: “DebugGame Editor”

VS Edition: Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition

VR HMD: Pre

Repro steps:

  1. Start SteamVR compositor
  2. Create an empty C++ project
  3. Wait for starter scene shader compiler to complete
  4. Start up VR Preview and view with HMD
  5. Press “F5” to see shader complexity
  6. Crash!

Crashes on PostProcessing.cpp : Line 1749

Output:

[2016.04.01-00.37.38:630][283]Set new viewmode: ShaderComplexity
Assertion failed: !FSceneRenderTargets::Get(RHICmdList).SeparateTranslucencyRT [File:C:\UnrealEngine\Engine\Source\Runtime\Renderer\Private\PostProcess\PostProcessing.cpp] [Line: 1749]

Note: If you run a stand alone window, there is no crash.

Video Card: NVidia GTX 970

Driver: 362.00
