I don’t mean to be ungrateful but for me the 30$ gift from UE going free is not showing up on my account page.
I had a subscription in November 2014, just wanted to make sure I should be receiving it and how to proceed with getting it if I’m entitled to it
I am not sure but I think it might have only been for active subscribers. My suggestion is that you contact Epic directly via their contact information to query the status and whether you qualify.
I was an active subscriber and I got my voucher pretty much instantaneously.
