As far as I’ve been told, if my project or game has multiple IMCs, they all coexist and to control them, I have to assign priority via an integer in project setting. Is this all correct?
-
When I go and attempt to assign any of the IMCs, I click the none icon and am presented with a dropdown list of all IMCs in my project. However, when I go to click on any of them, it closes out of the menu and still shows none in the Input Mapping Context slot. This is not a glitch or bug in my computer as far as im aware because I can retry this process over and over again with all IMCs but it does not work. Can someone please explain the problem and tell me how to fix this!

Problem #2 reoccurs when I am in IMC editor window. The default IMC (from the 3rd Person Template) already has IA_Jump, IA_Move, and IA_Look. However after I successfully create a new Input action (IA_Sprint and IA_Draw/Sheathe), after I go to assign those input actions in a new action mapping in the mappings section of the detail page of any of the Input Mapping Contexts, it will not let me assign a new input action. It will show the Input Action, but when I click on it, the menu disappears and shows ‘none’ in the dropdown menu.
Someone please help me with this. It had been the bane of my existance for the past week.
