so, the videos inside my game seem to have a lower FPS than they have in reality (they are MP4 H264 25FPS) but when played inside a level it seems “muddy”,the motion is blurry…
it shows that the FPS is 27 when i preview the level inside the editor.
how can i make it play flawlessly inside the game?

I found the soulution: uncheck the “Motion blur”.
Project settings > Render > Default settings > Motion blur - should be OFF
Now videos play perfectly!
you have to raise your specs, install the engine preferrably on windows or linux, and after installing your engine on windows or linux, you have to compile it from source, install proper graphics drivers, and compile your binaries from source
