I am working on a 2D top down game on a 3D world with a perspective camera set on the player. I have an issue with the camera shaking unintended while rotating my character on the Z axis.

The orthographic camera doesn’t produce the unwanted stutter issue but creates an issue with the lighting. I understand there may not be a way to fix the problem entirely but is there some way to mitigate the severity of the stutter to make it seem like it’s not happening?
I greatly appreciate any help provided!
