2d Physics problem

I enabled physics for the mini game boy prop, but when it falls really fast or something jumps on it, it bugs through the ground. They are on the same layer, they have block all turned on, and they both have ccd enabled. I do not know what to do and the physics engine is just seeming overall buggy, any suggestions?

Forgot to add these, but this is the character standing on the gameboy prop that glitches through the ground, also the collisions are all good because when it falls from small distance it acts normal, and the weight is only 1kg
