2d enemy attack then close to player

i need help making a 2d enemy ai that attack and go towrd the player from a certien distance i have some stuff ready but i cant take screenshots of it
i somehow got a screenshot of one of the bluprints but it doesnt work anymore for some resson

(if any body know why nividia dosnt let me take screenshots of bluprint it will be nice too)

The way you’ve done it is not the best. With your current setup, they’ll just go through walls and ceilings.

Here’s a tutorial that doesn’t talk about attacking, but it’s much better in terms of chasing:

so i was about to ask if it works with 2d and i tried it and it dosnt work at all if you know a way to make it work for 2d games with 3d movement pls share it with me
