2D character's rotating arm will only rotate 180 degrees

I have been trying and failing for a while to get a rotating arm on my player character to rotate a full 360 degrees. It only goes 90 degrees up and 90 degrees down.


Right triangle and 2D are made for each other…

Thank you! this appears to have worked for the most part. set actor rotation at the end seems to just rotate the camera and the whole character, but I changed it to set world rotation with the rotating arm being the target and that seems to have worked. The arm moves a little slowly and doesn’t follow the mouse quite right, but it is nice to finally get this moving the in the right direction.
