Still same problem here. TM cannot export video, it calculates time and then stops and creates a 0 kb file.
Shame on Twinmotion-developer for not responding and effectively to this issue!!
Many users are waiting.

Hi all.
Has this problem been fixed.
Im rubbing the 2022.2.3 version and i can not export videos.
It exports but there is nothing to it, (empty)
I need this fix asap for work.
Any fixes?

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I’ve had this since I bought a new powerful machine for my renderings. Impossible to make videos (video at 0 kb). Thank you so much.

I had the same problem of empty export. By decreasing the framerate I was able to export.

Thanks Jenss93, it works with 18 max and the resolution is bad but at least is a video hehe

I was exporting my videos from Twinmotion 2022.2.3 EDU because its more easy and practical but for one reason I am facing a same problem like yours and this is how I found an solution;
First of all I couldn’t solve it to export my video from old version (Twinmotion 2022.2.3) but when I update the new version (2024.1.2) and I opened my old file from this version (you are not going to loose anything from model even you can reach the images, records, materials and everything that you saved from old version) and only thing you going to make is export and your video going to be export I mean mine is exported.
I think until I solved the problem from old versiosn I will work from old version and I just going to use the new veresion just for export… I hope this will be help to ypu all

Hey there,
I have the same issue. In my situation it had been worked earlier. I made videos and export it about 2 month ago, but now I cannot export it. Even if I open this file, in which I exported video earlier, now it isnt working.
How can I fix that problem? Could anyone help me and other users?

It’s a disgusting workaround, but if you absolutely need something, you can download OBS and record the window as you play your video in TM. Hopefully they’ll get something working soon.

Same issue. Nvidia updated drivers I think yesterday and it still didn’t help. I upgraded to Windows 11 Pro, didn’t help. I was able to created video exports several months ago.
